Chunks of lamb marinated in Awaze, sautéed with onions, garlic, and bell peppers.

Tender lamb shoulder cubes marinated in the chef’s special blend of Ethiopian seasonings, stir-fried with
onions, garlic, jalapeños, rosemary, and red wine.

Tender cubes of leg of lamb, marinated in white wine and then sautéed to perfection.

A mild stew of diced lamb and lamb on the bone, slowly cooked to perfection with garlic, ginger, onions, and finished with turmeric.



Finely minced extra-lean cuts of prime beef mixed with seasoning, spicy Ethiopian butter, and mitmita, served with Ethiopian feta cheese (can be served medium-rare, medium, or well done)

Finely minced beef, marinated in spiced Ethiopian ghee butter and blended with a mix of dried spices (served slightly cooked or raw with spiced homemade cottage cheese).

Marinated morsels of prime beef, slowly cooked in Berbere and spiced Ethiopian butter sauce. (Served medium-rare or medium).

Morsel cuts of marbled prime beef cooked in its own fat with rosemary, onions, jalapeños And Ethiopian spiced.



An Ethiopian holiday meal, Chicken stewed with two tender chicken legs, served in a spicy sauce served with a hard-boiled egg and cream cheese.

Chicken breast, diced and marinated in house seasonings, sautéed with onions, rosemary, jalapeños, a touch of Chardonnay, and awaze sauce.
